BRUSSELS The second day of the dialogue on the implementation of the agreement on normalization of relations between Belgrade and Pristina ended late on Wednesday. The officials involved did not issue statements for the public, as the talks between the two teams will continue on Thursday. Technical Kosovo dialogue to resume in Brussels The teams were headed by Secretary General of the Serbian government Veljko Odalovic and Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Edita Tahiri and the talks covered issues connected to the judiciary and the organization of local elections in Serb municipalities in Kosovo and Metohija.
