JAGODINA Ivica Dacic has said that Pristina was "trying to interpret the things that have been agreed during the negotiations in Brussels in its own way." Speaking over the weekend in Jagodina, central Serbia, the prime minister added that "in that sense, there are certain difficulties in the talks on the implementation of the deal, and that the EU has a responsibility as an intermediary." PM says Pristina has "own interpretation" of deal "Serbia has its position, we are adhering to everything that has been agreed and written in the agreement and implementation plan, and we cannot and will not give up on the things that have been agreed," Dacic told reporters at the groundbreaking ceremony for a factory to be built by Russian company North Karton. Noting that the talks will resume in Brussels on Tuesday, Dacic said that the EU has a responsibility as a facilitator to these talks, adding that it is clear to all where the problem lies. There has been certain progress in the implementation, Dacic said, noting that the implementation plan is not short-term and that it does not state that some things should be resolved for one day. The role of our delegation is to work very constructively, Dacic said. "We are absolutely committed to implementing all that has been agreed in the stipulated way," Dacic said. Dacic said that there are many problems, without specifying them. (Beta) Tanjug
