BELGRADE First Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic says he feels enormous responsibility and an obligation to do as much as he can for the country. However, he said that he did not feel like the most powerful person in Serbia. First deputy PM says he “isn't most powerful person” “One thing is for sure, I am not Serbian prime minister. But I do feel enormous responsibility, a great obligation to do something and I am afraid that we will not do everything I want and think that Serbia can do,” he told daily Nase novine. When asked to comment on different stances regarding tax laws he and Finance Minister Mladjan Dinkic had, Vucic said that they were from different parties but that Dinkic had made an important step. He added that “it is not easy” for the finance minister to push for the changes to tax laws while it was easy for everybody else to criticize him. When asked if the Finance and Economy Ministry would be split into two separate ministries, the first deputy prime minister said that the issue had not been discussed. “As long as the government works like this, there is a coalition agreement that no political party can break. But what will happen in a few years, it is a different matter,” Vucic said. He noted that the authorities were working on the arrest of runway drug lord Darko Saric and that those involved in organized crime needed to be held responsible. Aleksandar Vucic (Tanjug) Tanjug
