ZVECAN Milorad Dodik has said that even if there was another round of Belgrade-Pristina dialogue, "there would be no agreement". This is because "Pristina has everything, while Serbia and Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija have no rights and autonomy," the president of the Serb entity in Bosnia, RS, told Most TV from Zvecane in northern Kosovo and Metohija. Dodik: There will be no Belgrade-Pristina deal According to Dodik, a comprehensive solution must be found for Serbia's southern province, while "the fragmentation of the Serbian political scene is catastrophic for the final solution to this issue." He also said that Serbia should be persistent when it comes to its request concerning a community of Serb municipalities in northern Kosovo and that these are the red lines that should not be crossed - "even if this meant that the country would halt on its EU path for the next 50 years." Dodik pointed out that "Serbia will not join the EU in the next 15 years, because, no matter what it did, new requests would be made," adding that all nations except Serbs are entitled to self-determination. The RS president then added that "America has also found itself in quagmire due to early recognition of Kosovo's independence disregarding (UNSC) Resolution 1244 which guarantees territorial integrity of Serbia and high autonomy for Kosovo." "What they need now is a solution that would render meaningless Resolution 1244, which has been violated, and that no one gets blamed for this. At the same time, insisting on negotiations is a desire to come to a moment when Resolution would make a number of practical steps for it to formally and practically lose its importance," Dodik underlined. Dodik believes that any military organization of Serbs in Kosovo "can only cause harm", and that, if Hashim Thaci resorted to violence against them, "it would not go without a reaction of certain countries which would not like to see this."
