CACAK Serbian Construction and Urbanism Minster Velimir Ilic has stated that a draft platform for Kosovo can be implemented. He added that it had been prepared within the framework of the existing Constitution. Platform for Kosovo can be implemented, minister says “Great efforts were invested in the preparation of the platform and it can be implemented,” Ilic told Tanjug and added that this was Serbia's reality and there could be no sentimentality about it now. He added that Kosovo could not be independent until Serbia signed a document stating so. “Unfortunately, the whole world seems to think otherwise but we will wait for a more favorable political moment to turn the situation to our benefit completely,” Ilic concluded.
