BELGRADE Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) leader Vojislav Kostunica says that he has agreed with Tomislav Nikolic to make certain changes to a draft platform on Kosovo. Kostunica explained that they had agreed to add a regulation into the document, defining Kosovo as Serbia’s province. In that case, it would be acceptable for the DSS to support the adoption of the platform,” Kostunica explained. He added that “Kosovo’s constitutional and legal position as a province within Serbia would that way be completely defined”.
