BELGRADE Movement of Socialists leader Aleksandar Vulin said on Sunday that the authorities in Belgrade needed to change, “just like Serbia is changing”. “Snow is falling in Belgrade, the city authorities will fall too. Belgrade will change just like Serbia is changing. We will not change ourselves and we will not be something we are not,” he stressed. “Ruling majority in Belgrade needs to be replaced” Vulin wondered what kind of a capital Belgrade was if “people running it are arrogantly rich”. “What will be the fate of Belgrade if people who are richer than it is and have smaller debt that it does keep running it. Belgrade needs to change… We are not against the rich but against the way they have become rich. No class of entrepreneurs, of capable people has been created in the past 12 years but a class of those who robbed Serbia and became rich that way has been created,” he pointed out. According to him, the previous government expects the current one to do what they failed to do in 12 years in just six months. “Now they are saying that some other people after six months should achieve in Serbia what they were promising for 12 years and they only succeeded in getting arrogantly rich and making us extremely poor,” Vulin concluded.
