“No talks on change of ruling majority in Belgrade”

BELGRADE Party of United Pensioners of Serbia (PUPS) deputy leader Milan Krkobabic says there have been no official talks on the change of the Belgrade ruling majority. He told Belgrade-based Studio B TV that he had constant contacts with the Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS) and that there were no indications that the change of the ruling majority would be discussed. “No talks on change of ruling majority in Belgrade” “We are here because of our concrete mission and that is realization of a true and recognizable social policy and we are ready to fight for it persistently, to make lives of Belgrade citizens better,” Krkobabic stressed. “The citizens of Belgrade can recognize a good and high quality political idea and support it,” he added. The PUPS official said that the Belgrade citizens made almost one third of the Serbian population and that almost all basic resources were located in the capital. “This is a large, complex system and it does not tolerate sudden changes and turns.
