BELGRADE Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS) Presidency will discuss the forming of new ruling majorities on a local level on Saturday. SPS leader Ivica Dacic said earlier that the party was in favor of parties that formed the ruling majority on the republic level to form the ruling coalitions on the local level wherever it was possible.
