Brammertz and Vukcevic are due to hold a joint press conference on Tuesday afternoon. The talks with Serbian officials will focus on the cooperation with the prosecutor's office at The Hague, Swinnen said. As part of the preparations for his regular report, Brammertz has previously visited Sarajevo and Zagreb. Brammertz has earlier delivered an assessment, saying that Serbia's cooperation with the Hague has not been completed, referring to outstanding issues related to the network of helpers which assisted the fugitives. However, he has noted that he is satisfied with the cooperation with the Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor's Office and the National Council for the Cooperation with the Hague. Another point of interest for Serbia is finding a solution to the question of archives and documents that are located in the Hague. Ignatovic also stated that the technical cooperation in the period after all indictees had been turned over was being carried out without any problems. Asked whether he expected Brammertz to raise the issue of the persons who helped Ratko Mladic hide, Ignjatovic said the question as legitimate, but was in Serbia's jurisdiction - i.e., the persons in question should be "processed" by Serbia. Ignjatovic concluded by saying that all reports submitted to the UN Security Council so far had been "objective, fair and balanced", and that there was no reason to expect his next report to be any different.
