Roads leading from Zvecan and southern Kosovska Mitrovica to Zubin Potok are open for traffic after KFOR blocked them for almost five hours. KFOR troops unblocked the Zvecan-Zubin Potok road after local Serbs agreed to remove the barricade they set up in the village of Zupce and allow three EULEX vehicles, accompanied by KFOR, to head toward the Brnjak administrative crossing. KFOR unblocks roads in north

KFOR set up a road block in the village of Jagnjenica on the Zvečan-Zubin Potok road around 9:00 CET on Sunday.

KFOR troops blocked the road near their checkpoint in Jagnjenica after local Serbs stopped four EULEX vehicles that were headed toward the Brnjak administrative crossing earlier this morning.

The Serbs said earlier on Sunday they stopped the EULEX vehicles because they wanted to get to the Brnjak administrative crossing without KFOR escort.

The northern Kosovo Serbs stopped several EULEX vehicles in the village of Doljani on Saturday night.
