Kosovo PM’s advisor Azem Vlasi says Pristina will accept talks with the Serbian president only if they discuss “regulation of relations between the two states”. Commenting on Serbian President Boris Tadic’s statement that he is ready to meet with Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci if it could help solve problems in Kosovo, Vlasi pointed out that it was possible to hold the talks “if Tadic did not act like Slobodan Milosevic“.
