Ex-deputy PM joins EBRD group

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) appointed former deputy prime minister of Serbia Božidar Đelić as a member of its advisory group.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) appointed former deputy prime minister of Serbia Bozidar Djelic as a member of its advisory group. The group is meant to advise Arab governments in democratic and economic reforms. Ex-deputy PM joins EBRD group In a written statement for the media, Djelic said that his experience gained not only in Serbia, but also in Poland and Russia in the previous few years will contribute to better work of the counseling group. “Upon EBRD invitation, I will pay a visit to Casablanca and meet with the Moroccan new government on February 27,” Djelic said. He aded that it was "an honor to be a part of the group headed by European reformists - former Prime Minister of the Czech Republic Jan Fischer, Slovakian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Ivan Miklos, and former Finance Minister of Turkey Kemal Dervis".
