Opposition SNS once again calls for early elections

Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) deputy leader Aleksandar Vucic said Sunday that the only solution for Serbia was to call elections and dismiss the government. “The best thing for Serbia and its citizens would be if the government left as soon as possible,” he told a press conference. According to the SNS leader, “the Serbian government has showed a lack of seriousness and terrifying irresponsibility with the policy it leads”. According to him, that fact that Serbia did not get the EU candidate status is not the only reason why the government should resign and that it should do it because of the growing corruption and disastrous economic situation.
