Ristic also said that Serbs in north Kosovo insist from the Serbian parliament to state its stand on the last agreement reached in the dialogue regarding integrated management of the administrative line, as well as all other agreements which have been reached so far. “We believe that these agreements do not only violate interests of Serbs in Kosovo-Metohija, but that they also go against the Constitution and laws,” Ristic noted. “At this moment, there are no conditions for EULEX to operate in the north, as it was proved that all actions of the mission's were aimed at establishment of Kosovo institutions. If EULEX stops doing this in the coming period and starts operating within its mandate, then there will be no problem for EULEX or any other international organization,” he said. Ristic reiterated that Serbs are certain that EULEX is working on establishment of a border between Serbia and Kosovo, and therefore they will remain at the barricades, He added that a joint session of the four north Kosovo municipalities should not be expected to yield the last word on the agreements reached throughout the Brussels dialogue. “Our assemblies will give their opinion on this, but the last word is up to the highest body in Serbia - the parliament,” Ristic said.
