Democrats shoot down PM speculation

Ruling Democratic Party (DS) spokesperson Jelena Trivan dismissed on Monday speculation that Serbia's Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic would step down. “Both the Democratic Party and President (Boris) Tadic are satisfied with the work and results shown by Prime Minister Cvetkovic, who is doing his job conscientiously and responsibly in these difficult times, and he has our absolute support in this,” Trivan told Tanjug.
