All issues in the forthcoming talks between Belgrade and Pristina will be political, says Pristina based analyst Veton Suroi. Suroi, a Kosovo Albanian who chairs the Kosovo Foreign Policy Club, told the BBC Albanian language service that the word "dialogue" hides a "serious process that represents negotiations about the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia". Analyst: All Kosovo issues are political "This process ought to be much more ambitious than has been announced. There is not a single technical problem between Kosovo and Serbia, all problems are political, and they should be viewed as such," said he. According to Suroi, the problems should also be "solved in a new way". He said he had in mind such issues as "establishment of order on border crossings 1 and 31" - a reference to the Brnjak and Jarinje administrative line checkpoints in the northern, Serb-dominated part of Kosovo. According to Suroi, this should be followed by "the start of functioning of the court in northern (Kosovska) Mitrovica in order to solve all questions".
