Minister for Kosovo and Metohija Goran Bogdanovic has stated that the Serbian government will adopt a platform for the negotiations with Pristina. This will be “in keeping with its mandate, competencies, national interests and real circumstances". The most important work at present is to define the process that should solve the historic conflict between Serbs and Albanians,” underscored Bogdanovic. “We are open to all options and proposals that may contribute or lead to reaching an essential and sustainable compromise. However, the Serbian government will, in keeping with its mandate, competencies, national interests and real circumstances, adopt a platform for the talks,” Bogdanovic said.
