A Serbian Chamber of Commerce (PKS) official says Imlek's move to increase the price of milk the company buys from farmers is a short-term solution. Salford's Imlek dairy will increase the price it pays for raw milk by ten percent, and will in turn make its products five percent more expensive in the stores. "I think the only solution at this point is to decrease the amount of milk processed into cheese and yogurts, and offer more milk to the market," Prostan said of the current shortage.
