Greek Alternate Foreign Minister Dimitris Droutsas will visit Belgrade and Pristina on July 30 and 31. Reports said that he would convey a message that the future of the region lies in the European Union and that the stand of Athens on the Kosovo issue has not changed. At a press briefing in Athens, Greek Foreign Ministry spokesman Grigoris Delavekouras announced that Droutsas will arrive in Belgrade on Friday afternoon, while his meetings with Serbian officials are scheduled for the weekend.
