Resolution in accordance with ICJ decision The term "genocide" was not used in the current draft version of the document, but it states that the crimes committed in the way in which it was confirmed before the International Court of Justice were condemned in the strongest terms. According to unofficial information, the first parliamentary session at which the resolution will be discussed will be held on March 30. In the last version, which the officials of the ruling coalition mostly agreed on but could not reach a final agreement, a list of documents in the preamble that the declaration is based on is given. First, the Serbian Constitution which guarantees the right to life, then the UN Human Rights Charter, the Convention for Preventing Genocide and the verdict of the ICJ in the case of Bosnia against Serbia, which states that genocide was committed in Srebrenica, and that Serbia is not responsible for the crime, but did not prevent it and did not punish those who committed the crimes. Government officials are still discussing the proper formulation for "expressing condolences and apologies to all victims, their families and the entire Bosniak people, because the former regime failed to prevent the tragedy." The draft also says that the Serbian parliament is giving full support to all institutions for continuing investigations into all crimes, and stresses the importance of arresting Ratko Mladic. Most MPs have yet to see the resolution. Even though the ruling coalition wants widespread support in parliament, there are several parties that have already stated that they will not back its adoption. The Serbian parliament (FoNet)
