"We're focused on visa road map" Lately, unofficially some Serbian and European politicians said that the EU could make a precedent and allow Serbia to submit her membership candidature before the Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA) has been unfrozen. The agreement was signed in late April 2008 and immediately suspended, pending Belgrade's full cooperation with the Hague Tribunal. However, Delevic said that "proactive" policy is need in EU integrations. "When it comes to the unfreezing of the Interim Trade Agreement [a part of the SAA] or the date of possible submitting of the EU candidature, it is always better to meet the conditions than to wait for Brussels to perhaps give up on a demand."
