Army chief: South is stable "In military terms, the safety situation in the south of Serbia and along the administrative line with Kosovo and Metohija is stabile and there are no signs that the safety will be jeopardized," Miletic told Tanjug news agency in an interview in Belgrade on Friday. The general stated that any crisis, including the current global financial crisis, has a negative impact on the safety since it gives rise to criminal, corruption, illegal trade, terrorism and national and religious extremism.
