Kosovo Constitutional Court to pick judges
A law professor from Kragujevac, Ivan Čukalović, has been selected as a judge in the Kosovo Constitutional Court.

A law professor from Kragujevac, Ivan Cukalovic, has been selected as a judge in the Kosovo Constitutional Court. Cukalovic was involved in a corruption scandal at Kragujevac University’s Law Faculty last year, where professors were alleged to have taken bribes in exchange for giving better grades. Kosovo Constitutional Court to pick judges According to KiM Radio, Kosovo President Fatmir Sejdiu signed a decree confirming the selection of judges for the court proposed by the Kosovo assembly on May 15. Alongside Cukalovic in the Constitutional Court will be Enver Hasani, Iliriana Islami, Gjyljeta Mushkolaj, Kadri Kryeziu, and Altay Suroy. They will be joined by three international judges named by International Civilian Representative Pieter Feith: Snezhana Botusharova-Doicheva from Bulgaria, Robert Caroline from the U.S. and Almiru Simush Rodriguez from Portugal.
