No part of the action plan for getting Serbia on the white Schengen list is a secret, Deputy PM Bozidar Djelic says. "The Serbian government's action plan which states the steps that should be taken in order to secure a visa-free regime for our citizens is not a secret. But, we must respect our European colleagues that technical issues and work really be technical and when they publish progress reports every detail will be available to the public," he told Danas newspaper. "Schengen list talks not secret" This Belgrade daily previously published an article that said the details of the visa liberalization negotiations, including the action plan and contents of state officials' meetings with the European Commission (EC) experts were made secret, and at the request of the European Commission. Djelic also said that the government plan, that should be realized by April this year, has 22 articles, that it was made based on the EC report, and that it "practically" contains all the important elements of the EC road map sent to Serbia. In the meantime it was announced that EU Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn will be visiting Belgrade on Feb. 12. The agenda of his visit, Danas reports, has not yet been determined.
