Tadic, Gyurcsany: Stability through dialogue He also stated that he and Gyurcsany had agreed that dialogue and a climate of mutual understanding are the only way to resolve problems and to have permanent stability in the region. "Serbia wants to be a factor of stabilization in the region, just as Hungary is the factor of stability," said Tadic. Gyurcsany said that the EU, together with Serbia, are trying to find a way to deploy EULEX in Kosovo, concluding that it is in the interest of the EU, Serbia and the region as a whole to have peace, order and security in Kosovo, which is something the EU mission should contribute to. "Talks and negotiations should be carried out until an agreement is reached with both Pristina and Belgrade, and the EU and Brussels should play a key role in that," said Gyurcsany. adic and Gyurcsany also concluded that after "certain problems" caused by Hungary's recognition of Kosovo Albanians' independence declaration, the bilateral relations are improving and that further promotion of the political and economic relations between the two countries is of mutual interest.
