Ambassador Aleksandr Konuzin says that Serbia can always count on Russia's support in preventing the country from being "torn apart". The top Russian diplomat in Serbia was visiting Kragujevac on Monday when he said that his country has regained its strength, and that it is interested in establishing closer ties with its friends. "Russia will always be on Serbia's side" "Our cooperation is going very well politically, where we are jointly working to prevent the tearing apart of Serbia. I wish to once again confirm for the Serbs that Russia will always be on their side, and that Serbia can count on our help," Konuzin said. "We very much wish to strengthen our ties with Serbia," he stressed. In his meeting with Kragujevac Mayor Veroljub Stevanovic, Konuzin pointed our to the huge potential for economic, but also social sectors cooperation between the two countries.
