French FM Bernard Kouchner and EU Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn will not be visiting Belgrade today after all. Their one-day visit to Belgrade has been postponed. According to unofficial reports, one of the main reasons Kouchner wanted to come to Belgrade was to try to dissuade Serbian officials from insisting on seeking the opinion of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on Kosovo’s unilateral declaration of independence.
