1,782 polling stations are open this morning throughout Vojvodina for the second round of provincial assembly elections. The Provincial Electoral Commission has announced that 1,720,818 registered voters are eligible to cast their ballots, and that the voting so far has gone without any incidents. Second round of voting in Vojvodina Today, citizens will choose 60 new deputies to the provincial assembly. As many were already elected two weeks ago according to the proportional voting system. The DS-led coalition has 51 candidates, the Radicals (SRS) 39, the Hungarian Coalition 11, "Together for Vojvodina" has two candidates running, while the DSS-NS, the SPS-PUPS both have four. The LDP has one, while various citizens group have eight more candidates hoping to be elected. The first, proportional system round of voting produced the following results: the DS coalition won 23 seats, the Radicals 20, "Together for Vojvodina" and the Hungarian Coalition five each, the DSS-NS four, while the SPS-PUPS ticket won three deputy seats.

Today, citizens will choose 60 new deputies to the provincial assembly. As many were already elected two weeks ago according to the proportional voting system.The DS-led coalition has 51 candidates, the Radicals (SRS) 39, the Hungarian Coalition 11, "Together for Vojvodina" has two candidates running, while the DSS-NS, the SPS-PUPS both have four.
