U.S. Ambassador to Serbia Cameron Munter claims that he has had no contact with Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica since February. In an interview published in weekly Nedeljni Telegraf, he said that he had last met Kostunica in February, at President Boris Tadic’s inauguration. U.S. embassy: No contact with Kostunica When asked why contact had been broken off, Munter said that Kostunica, as well as part of the government loyal to him, had decided to limit contacts, adding that this had not been his, but Kostunica’s, choice The U.S. ambassador said that he had no contact with representatives of the Serb Radical Party (SRS), and added that that was his choice. “We have contacts with those parties in Serbia that are oriented towards a progressive future and European ideals.
