Special EU Envoy to Kosovo Pieter Feith yesterday approved a draft "constitution of the Republic of Kosovo". Feith expressed his confidence that, on the basis of this, the government and citizens of Kosovo could begin building a sustainable, multi-ethnic state. The right to local self-government is firmly enshrined within the draft constitution,” Feith pointed out.
