Jočić’s condition steadily improving

Health Minister Tomica Milosavljevic says that Interior Minister Dragan Jocic’s condition is steadily improving. He told Radio Television Serbia that Jocic was currently in semi-intensive care at the Banjica Institute. Jocic’s condition steadily improving Jocic suffered serious head and neck injuries after a car accident in January. He was successfully operated on in the first few hours, Milosavljevic said, reiterating that the minister had been in hospital for over two weeks now. The health minister said that the injuries were very serious and that they demanded round-the-clock treatment and serious rehabilitation. “This process is coming along well and the expert team is very positive about what has been achieved thus far,” Milosavljevic said. He said that Jocic’s driver Mirko Damjanovic had also left intensive care. “He too is recovering well after all the surgical interventions,” Milosavljevic reported.

Jočić suffered serious head and neck injuries after a car accident in January.
