President Boris Tadic yesterday finished his participation in a security conference in Germany. Beta news agency quoted a statement the president made on sidelines of the Conference on Security Policy in Munich, saying that Serbia will annul any decision proclaiming Kosovo's independence "right away", and that it will enter a "legal procedure against the institutions which recognize it". "I am reiterating that recognition of Kosovo is an illegal act, and that the law is absolutely on Serbia's side.
