Ukraine offers to host conflict conference

He added that the conference would not serve as a place to make decisions, rather as a chance to “formulate positions.”

Jeremić stressed that the conference could prove useful, but it should not be made a venue for negotiations.

“All conflicts that have a territorial and statehood dimension should be solved within the UN Security Council,” he said, adding that the council was the only legitimate forum where decisions of international relevance should be made.

The two foreign policy chiefs also discussed bilateral cooperation, as Yatsenyuk said that Ukraine and Serbia made an agreement to draft ten bilateral accords in various fields of cooperation.
