A Kosovo police lieutenant has been charged with illegally selling land in the area of the town of Vitina that belonged to a Serb man.

Kosovo policeman sells property belonging to Serb man

Serbia's state broadcaster RTS is reporting this quoting Albanian language electronic media in Kosovo. The property's owner is identified with his name, patronymic and last name as Ljubisa Aleksandra Kovacevic.

Zenuni, who has been suspended, is accused of forging documents in 2013 in order to authorize Zekir Hajdari to sell the property belonging to Kovacevic. Zenuni earned 10,000 euros from the illegal transaction.

He is now charged with committing two crimes: abuse of office, and falsifying of documents.
