Hague publishes opinion of dissenting judge

Lattanzi did not agree with most conclusions reached by the majority in the Trial Chamber, and noted that the climate of intimidation that Seselj exposed witnesses to had not been taken into account.

She concluded that the majority did not provide sufficient explanation or provided no explanation to support their conclusions, and added that the majority relied on reasons that are not relevant in ruling out Seselj's responsibility.

The judge is convinced that widespread and systematic attacks had been committed in Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina, and that crimes against humanity had been committed in this context, including in Vojvodina.
