The police in Nis and Belgrade have worked together to arrest a 33-year-old man from Nis, who had more than 160 criminal complaints filed against him.

Man with over 160 criminal complaints taken to custody

The last case concerned a burglary when the suspect is believed to have stolen a metal safe that contained a considerable amount of cash and valuable objects, according to a statement.

The suspect was on Friday held in 48-hour police custody, after which he will be handed over the the prosecution in Nis.
