Novi Sad police have discovered an illegal marijuana grow lab with 645 pots of cannabis plant near the northwestern town of Bačka Palanka.

NOVI SAD Novi Sad police have discovered an illegal marijuana grow lab with 645 pots of cannabis plant near the northwestern town of Backa Palanka. According to a release, the police are currently looking for a man who is suspected of growing marijuana. Police discover illegal drug lab in northwestern town The police searched the suspect’s house and discovered several rooms that have been turned into marijuana grow labs. The rooms had the full equipment necessary for artificial growing of cannabis, reads the police release. The house was bought by 35-year-old Aleksandar G. of Indjija especially to grow marijuana, the police say. They also discovered a gun and 118 bullets, digital scale, a packaging machine and a significant amount of money that the police suspect came from drug dealing.
