NIS The police in the southern Serbian town of Nis on Monday said they had arrested a man suspected of growing cannabis plants. The suspect, 34-year-old Pukovac resident identified as Milan C., has been detained, while "marijuana plants weighing 19.7 kilograms" have been confiscated.
