Kosovo Special Prosecution has indicted Kosovo Deputy PM Bujar Bukoshi and ten Health Ministry officials. Buskoshi is in charge of the social policy in the Kosovo government and is charged with abuse of office while he was a health minister, Pristina-based Albanian language daily Koha Ditore writes. EULEX Prosecutor Maria Bamieh aside from Bukoshi indicted Health Ministry officials Ilir Tolaj, Arbenita Pajaziti, Nexhat Shabani, Ismet Hiseni, Hajrulah Fejza, Zenel Kuci, Bekim fusha, Alban Thaci, Basri Aslani and Imer Ajeti. EULEX Spokesman Blerim Krasniqi and suspects’ defense lawyers confirmed that the indictments had been raised. Bukoshi said he had no information that he had been indicted. Kosovo police and EULEX arrested Health Ministry Secretary General Ilir Tolaj, Kuci, Fusha and Fejza last year.
