Opposition SRS leader and Hague indictee Vojislav Seselj was again transferred to hospital early on Wednesday morning, his party said in Belgrade. Seselj was sent back to the tribunal's detention unit in Scheveningen during the same day, the SRS said in a release. Seselj sent back from hospital to detention unit According to the party, besides severe arrhythmia, tachycardia and bradycardia, Seselj has major breathing problems that stopped his breathing several times over the night. The SRS reiterated their request for Seselj's release and accused the Hague Tribunal of trying to kill the party leader through inappropriate medical treatment. The party said that the medical board of the Serbian National Assembly requested at its last session that Seselj be released for a proper treatment. On Tuesday, it was announced by the Hague Tribunal that Seselj would appear in the courtroom on April 17 to enter his plea on the third, amended contempt of court indictment against him. As for the main trial - charging him with war crimes committed in Croatia, Bosnia, and Serbia - a verdict is expected. The prosecution sought a guilty verdicts and 28 years in prison, while Seselj, who is conducting his own defense, asked for acquittal, and said that none of the points of the indictment had been proved.
