The Organized Crime Prosecution has indicted 28 persons for financial abuses in the Kolubara coal mine. The suspects illegally gained RSD 937,983 through abuse of office. 28 persons indicted in Kolubara case The indictment covers the abuse that took place in the public company from November 2007 until June 30, 2009. Former Kolubara Director Dragan Tomic and his successor Vladan Jovicic are accused of illegally leasing bulldozers, dredges and other machines from privately-owned companies even though the Kolubara mine did not need them.
