Court sends Šarić case indictment back to prosecution
The Higher Court in Belgrade has decided to request that the Šarić Gang case investigation be appended, and the indictment amended.

The Higher Court in Belgrade has decided to request that the Saric Gang case investigation be appended, and the indictment amended. The organized crime group was charged with cocaine trafficking. Court sends Saric case indictment back to prosecution The court today in Belgrade accepted a motion filed by Saric's defense lawyers and sent the indictment back to the prosecution, requesting shortcomings to be removed from the charges, along with additional investigation. Saric is suspected of heading the drug gang which attempted to smuggle nearly three tons of cocaine from South America to Europe in 2008. The Montenegrin, who was given Serbian citizenship in the mid-2000s, remains of the run and is being tried in absentia. Goran Sokovic and Zeljko Vujanovic have also been indicted, along with Marko and Milos Pandrc, collaborating witness Radan Adamovic, and Milos Cajic.
