Serbian War Crimes Prosecution will ask for Hague Tribunal’s permission to question Ratko Mladic about crimes of Muslim forces in eastern Bosnia-Herzegovina. The crimes that the War Crimes Prosecution is investigating were not a part of the indictment which the Hague Tribunal had filed against Naser Oric. Prosecution to question Mladic about Muslim forces crimes The prosecution is investigating crimes that the Bosniak (Muslim) forces under Oric’s command committed against Serb civilians and prisoners in eastern Bosnia from April 1992 until June 1995. Oric was initially found guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, but on July 3, 2008 the Hague Tribunal Appellate Chamber acquitted him of war crimes against Serbs in Srebrenica in 1992 and 1993.
