Officers of the Serbian police (MUP) Gendarmerie have been searching a location in Novi Sad this morning, unofficial reports said. The apartment in question belongs to a former driver of Goran Hadzic. Gendarmes in new Hague case search The former political leader of Serbs in Croatia has been indicted with war crimes by the Hague Tribunal and is a fugitive. Several dozen Gendarmes were seen in front of the apartment building where the man, identified as Igor Ivkovic, resides, B92 has learned. Traffic police have closed the surrounding streets for traffic. The War Crimes Prosecution has not confirmed that the operation was carried out on its orders.
