The engine and one of the cars of a freight train have derailed this morning near the train station in the Belgrade suburb of Surcin. There were no casualties, while the cause of the accident is unknown at this time. Freight train derails near Belgrade Serbian Railways announced that repairs will take 36 hours. According to unofficial information the most likely cause of the derailing were - likely stolen - missing parts of railroad switches.
