Serbian Justice Minister Snezana Malovic and Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor Vladimir Vukcevic are in Canada for a three-day visit. On Thursday they will discuss the promotion of cooperation, particularly in processing war crimes cases, with Canadian Attorney General Robert Nicholson. Justice officials to sign memorandum in Canada It was announced by the Serbian Justice Ministry that Malovic, Vukcevic and Nicholson, along with Terry Bitner of the War Crimes Section of the Canadian Justice Department, will sign a memorandum of understanding and promotion of mutual assistance in cases of war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide. Malovic said that the signing of the memorandum is of historical importance, because it is the first an agreement of this kind has been signed for regulating legal cooperation between the two countries.
