German police have arrested Goran Davidović, a leader of a Novi Sad-based neo-Nazi group.

German police have arrested Goran Davidovic, a leader of a Novi Sad-based neo-Nazi group. Belgrade Interpol office issued an arrest warrant for Davidovic, who is due to serve a year in prison, after being found guilty by a Serbian court of causing racial and religious hatred and intolerance. Neo-Nazi group leader arrested in Germany The extradition procedure has been launched the moment he was arrested previously, in Trieste, Italy. Justice Minister Snezana Malovic stated that a request for the extradition of the leader of the neo-Nazi organization Nacionalni Stroj, had been sent to the German Federal Ministry of Justice. She explained that the Serbian Justice Ministry requested the extradition of Davidovic from Italy as well, but since the Trieste Court of Appeal had not yet made the decision the accused fled to Germany, where he was arrested.
