Kacanik municipal chief Dzabur Zarku was arrested today on suspicion that he intimidated witnesses in a trial. According to Albanian language media in Pristina, he was arrested by Kosovo police, KPS, and EULEX police members. Two more persons were detained, according to KTV. Municipal head from Thaci party arrested The arrest was confirmed by EULEX spokeswoman Karin Lindal. In November last year, Zarku was detained on the same charges, but was set free until the start of his trial. He is a member of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, led by Hashim Thaci.
