An ethnic Albanian suspected of planting a bomb under a bus in the village of Livadice near Podujevo, Kosovo, has been sentenced to 40 years in prison in Pristina. 11 Serbs lost their lives and 10 were injured in the blast in February 2001. Bus bomber sentenced to 40 years The chamber found Fljorim Ejupi guilty after establishing that he, together with several accomplices, planted and activated the explosive device under the Nis-Express bus transporting Serbs from Nis to Gracanica. The verdict was delivered by the international chamber of the Kosovska Mitrovica District Court in Pristina.
